Terms of sponsorship — AMSKU Annual Global Summit '26

Version 2026-08-28. These terms, together with your completed form, are the whole sponsorship agreement. There is no separate contract to sign. Anything not written here is not agreed.

1. The event. AMSKU Annual Global Summit '26 (“the Summit”), organised by AMSKU, takes place on December 5, 2026. Sponsorship gives your company the benefits of the level you selected at the Summit.
2. What each level includes.
   • Platinum — $14,000: Headline sponsor billing on all summit marketing and the summit website; Premium exhibition booth in the highest-traffic position; 90-second sponsor video played to the full room during the main programme; Logo on the holding screen, stage branding, programme and website; Dedicated social media posts across AMSKU's channels before and after the summit; Full-page advertisement in the summit programme; Platform logins for booth staff.
   • Gold — $6,500: Gold sponsor billing on the summit website and marketing; Exhibition booth in the main exhibition area; 90-second sponsor video played during the programme; Logo on the holding screen, programme and website; Dedicated social media post across AMSKU's channels; Half-page advertisement in the summit programme; Platform logins for booth staff.
   • Bronze — $1,600: Bronze sponsor listing on the summit website and in the programme; Exhibition table in the exhibition area; Logo on the holding screen and website; Company description (60 words) in the programme; Platform logins for booth staff.
   Anything requested in the “anything you want included” box is not part of the agreement unless AMSKU confirms it in writing.
3. Allocation. Levels are allocated first come, first served. Platinum is limited to two sponsors and Gold to five. Paying by card confirms your level immediately. Choosing an invoice method (ACH, check or wire) holds your level for 14 days from submission while your payment reaches us; if payment has not arrived by then, AMSKU may release the level to another sponsor. AMSKU may decline or reassign a sponsorship where two direct competitors would otherwise hold the same level, and will refund in full if it does.
4. Price and payment. All prices are in US dollars. The sponsor is responsible for its own bank's charges, so the full invoiced amount must reach AMSKU. Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe. Bank details are only ever provided on an invoice issued by AMSKU; we will never email you asking to change them.
5. Sponsor assets. Once payment is received, AMSKU will send an asset request. Your logo, company description, booth materials and — for Gold and Platinum — a 90-second video are due by October 15, 2026. AMSKU cannot guarantee inclusion in printed or pre-produced materials for assets received after that date.
6. Cancellation and refunds. Sponsors may cancel in writing to info@amskucenter.com. Cancellations received more than 60 days before the Summit receive a full refund less any card processing fees already incurred. Cancellations received 60 days or fewer before the Summit are not refundable, because materials, space and promotion will already have been committed. If AMSKU cancels the Summit, sponsors receive a full refund. If the Summit is postponed, the sponsorship transfers to the new date, or the sponsor may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement being announced.
7. Conduct and content. Sponsor materials must be accurate, lawful and appropriate for a clinical and educational audience. AMSKU may decline to display material it reasonably considers unsuitable and will tell you why.
8. Liability. AMSKU's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount the sponsor has paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Authority. The person completing this form confirms they are authorised to commit the named company to this agreement.
